Projector Rental Selector

Please use the information below on our projector selector page to help determine which projector rental would best meet your needs. We have many projectors to choose from. All of our projector rentals can be connected computers, dvd players, and any other device that has audio video inputs. You are able to use our projector rentals for a variety of needs. Lumens – The number of lumens is used to measure a projector’s brightness. The higher the number of lumens the brighter your presentation will be.

SVGA – 800x600 svga is a resolution rating used in some projector models. This resolution is great for very small presentations that do not have a large number of graphics involved.

XGA – 1024x768 xga is a resolution rating used in most projector models. XGA is brighter than svga and much clearer. Generally this resolution is better fit for larger events and presentations. Images will also show up clearer with xga resolution.

Guide for audience size versus lumens.

» 1000 – 1500 Lumens are great for smaller groups of 25 to 50.

» 1500 – 2000 Lumens are great for groups of 50 to 75.

» 2000 – 2500 Lumens are great for groups of 75 to 100.

» 2500 – 3000 Lumens are for groups of 100 to 200.

» 3000 or more Lumens are great for larger and higher end presentations.
